About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage overall store and inventory operations, ensure accurate stock control, and maintain smooth material flow to support production and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations, including material receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inward and outward material movement, stock records, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Manage GRN, stock registers, material documentation, and inventory reconciliation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts,



and stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, material identification, labeling, storage, and handling practices.
- Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete inventory and take corrective actions.
- Maintain inventory data in ERP/SAP and ensure system stock matches physical stock.
- Lead and supervise the store team while ensuring adherence to company processes, safety, and discipline.

Must-Have Skills

- 58 years of experience in Store/Warehouse/Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, material handling, and warehouse processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Positive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Good to Have

- Experience in electronics, consumer appliances, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of SAP MM/Inventory Management.
- Experience handling audits and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Knowledge of 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse safety practices.
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
