Role Description

We are seeking a Store Incharge for a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.

Primary Objective

To manage site materials efficiently, ensure proper storage, issue, and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

Receive materials at site as per PO / challan / invoice.

Check quantity, quality, and specifications at the time of receipt.

Maintain daily stock register (inward, outward, balance).

Issue materials to site as per authorized requisition.

Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safety of materials.

Maintain records for cement, steel, sand, aggregates, tiles, etc.

Monitor minimum stock levels and inform site management for re-ordering.

Coordinate with purchase, site engineer,



and accounts department.

Handle return of surplus / rejected materials.

Assist during stock audits and physical verification.

Prevent material loss, theft, and wastage.

Maintain tools, plants, and equipment records .

Reporting To: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain records of material bills linked with store entries.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word) Recommended.

Understanding of construction materials & site operations.

Positive coordination and documentation skills.

Integrity, accuracy, and discipline.

Salary (Negotiable) (Including PF , ESI and Fooding) ( Free Accomodation will be provided to you in site with company's others staff's)
