Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LM Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of a dark store and ensure smooth order fulfilment, inventory management and last-mile coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily dark store operations including inbound, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Supervise and manage store associates and delivery operations.
- Monitor order fulfilment, TAT, productivity and operational targets.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability and proper stock movement.
- Coordinate with last-mile teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, housekeeping and operational processes.




- Handle operational issues and resolve store and delivery-related escalations.
- Maintain daily operational reports, trackers and performance updates.

Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of experience in dark store, warehouse, logistics, quick commerce or last-mile operations.
- Candidates with experience in Store In-Charge, Shift In-Charge, Hub In-Charge or Operations Supervisor roles are preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work in Chennai and in rotational shifts.
