We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day activities of our store. The primary responsibility will be to check the Bill of Materials (BOM), identify and separate the required materials for each project, and maintain the store in an organized manner.
Freshers with good organizational skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and understand the Bill of Materials (BOM) provided for each project.
- Identify and collect materials according to the respective project BOM.
- Separate and arrange materials project-wise for easy identification and availability.
- Verify the quantity and basic details of materials against the BOM.
- Maintain proper records of materials received, issued, and available in the store.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored in their designated locations.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Issue materials to the concerned team as per project requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person when materials need to be replenished.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the store.
- Ensure materials are handled and stored safely to avoid damage or loss.
- Keep store and inventory records updated.
- Support the team during project material preparation and dispatch.
Required Qualifications
- Any Diploma / Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of reading and understanding a BOM is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, is preferred.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to count, verify, arrange, and maintain materials accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or automation components is an advantage.
- Familiarity with industrial components and spare parts is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / inventory management.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized store.
