JD for Store Executive

Designation: Store ExecutiveDepartment: StoresExperience: 2 yrs minimum Industry: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day store activities including material receipt, storage, and issue.

· Check incoming materials against PO and delivery documents.

· Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.

· Issue materials to production as per approved requirements.

· Maintain GRN, material issue, return, and stock records.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification.

· Ensure proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.

· Follow FIFO and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.





· Update material transactions in ERP/SAP and maintain required reports.

Qualification & Skills

· Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Stores, preferably in a manufacturing company.

· Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.

· Positive communication and coordination skills.

· Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
