Roles and Responsibilities :
- Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the restaurant, and show them to their tables.
- Take orders from guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure prompt delivery of services.
- Manage waiter activities such as handling cash transactions, operating a point-of-sale system, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guest needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in F&B; industry with focus on steward activities or waiter roles.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work well under pressure in rapid-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
