Role Description The STEM Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for one of our clients in the education domain. This role is responsible for designing, planning, educating and coordinating STEM programs, workshops, and initiatives that align with our client's innovation and education goals.

Day-to-day tasks include developing STEM curricula and learning materials, organizing events and hands-on activities, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners such as schools, colleges, and community organizations. The STEM Coordinator will track program outcomes, gather feedback, and prepare reports to measure impact and continuously improve content and delivery. The role also involves mentoring students, teachers, promoting STEM awareness, and ensuring that all activities are inclusive, engaging,



and aligned with current industry trends and technological advancements.

It also includes ownership of STEM labs, executing the STEM program for K1 to K12 students on a daily basis.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, computer vision, data science, and digital innovation.
- Hands-on STEM experience in running Maker, Tinkering programs in robotics, arduino, raspberry pi, drones, UAV, aeromodelling, design thinking, 3D printing, computer vision, IOT
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional planning, or academic coordination, with the ability to create age-appropriate and industry-relevant STEM learning experiences.
- Skills in program and event management, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and resource planning for workshops, bootcamps, and outreach initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities, including maintaining reports, tracking metrics, and using digital tools to manage projects and communication.
- Collaborative mindset and relationship-building skills to work with educators, institutional partners, corporate teams, and community organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field, Education, or a related discipline; experience in educational outreach or academic program management is highly beneficial. Teaching experience is a bonus.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive education, sustainability, and using technology for positive social impact; prior experience with SDG-aligned or impact-driven projects is a plus.
