VEELO MOBILITY Driving India's Shift to Sustainable Last-Mile & Intra-City Mobility : STATE HEAD – WEST BENGAL - About the Role Veelo Mobility is a fast-growing player in the electric vehicle ecosystem, specializing in EV Two wheelers as a Service and Batteries as a Service. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven State Head to lead our business, operations, and market expansion across West Bengal. The role demands a strong balance of P&L; ownership, dealer/retail network management, fleet & service operations, and team leadership to establish Veelo as a category leader in the state's Battery As a Service segment.

- Key Responsibilities State P&L; - Own the West Bengal state P&L; - Open hubs in new districts as per demand and deploy sales & service teams on those hubs - Oversee onboarding of new dealers around the hubs being opened - Ensuring SOP Compliance for dealer & customer onboarding - Ensuring periodic inventory reconciliation compliances - Ensuring 100% compliance on underwriting process and coordinating with the Central team for the same - Projecting the demand for the state and raising demand with the central team - Managing spare parts availability for the service team at all the hubs - Building marketing strategy in consultation with the central team - Ensuring achievement of allocation & collection targets on a monthly basis for the entire state MIS, Compliance & Escalation Management - Prepare and present regular MIS reports and dashboards on sales,



operations, and financial performance to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with state EV policies, RTO regulations, and battery safety/handling norms.
- Handle customer and channel-partner escalations promptly to maintain service quality and brand reputation.
- Candidate Requirements - 5-8 Years of operations experience in Automobile dealership market.
- Prior exposure to EV ecosystem strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required;

MBA or equivalent is anadded advantage.

- Strong track record in dealer/channel network development and management.
- Hands-on experience with fleet/service operations, KPI monitoring, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali (Mandatory), Hindi / English either one mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal;

comfortable working in a high-growth, target-driven setting.
