- Provide direct patient care and nursing support
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vitals and maintain nursing records
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies
- Follow hospital policies and infection control standards
Requirements:
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification
- Valid KNC registration
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Willingness to work in shifts
- To render direct bedside care and monitor all patient care services and ensure adherence to quality protocol.
- Prepare treatment plan/’Plan of Care’ in consultation with treating specialists for each patient on admission.
- To assist and supervise patient’s investigations and pre & post-operative management.
- Staff Nurse will coordinate with clinicians and other departments for patient care and smooth running of the unit.
- To prepare and keep all indicators as per NABH & ISO.
