Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and clinical condition regularly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, etc.
- Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies, and resuscitation.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Monitor patients for any deterioration and promptly report changes to the treating physician.
- Maintain infection-control practices and follow hospital protocols.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover of patient care during shift changes.
- Maintain patient safety, hygiene, comfort, and dignity.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors,



nursing colleagues, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of emergency drugs, equipment, and supplies.
- Comply with hospital policies, nursing standards, and applicable clinical protocols.
- Maintain NABH Standards

Candidate Preferences for Nursing Position: 1st Preference:

- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing
- Experience: 4 to 5 years minimum

2nd Preference:

- Qualification: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
- Experience: Minimum 5-6 years

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
