:

1. Float RFP amongst approved vendors for each project / Purchase requisition/drawings
2. Review requisitions, orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
3. Procuring quotation from identified supplier, evaluate offers from suppliers and preparation of comparative report.
4. Preparation of purchase orders and entering the details into internal databases/tracker
5. Maintain effective and proper relations with suppliers or their representatives.

6 Vendor management which includes vendor registration, evaluation, vendor database management, negotiate PO/contract terms of agreement and pricing.
1. Coordinate with suppliers in order to schedule, expedite deliveries, resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. 8.Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

9.Coordinate with vendors, transporters,



project sites engineers and store/factory team to ensure the dispatches & deliveries. 10.Daily updation on tracker and plan regarding material ordering and arrivals. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

11.Able to analyse technical documents and specifications to understand critical requirements

12.Deep Knowledge of manufacturing drawing reading

13.Manage Vendors to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.

14.Willing to frequently supplier visits to monitor quality levels and expedite the deliveries.

15.Visiting vendor facilities and observing the manufacturing workplace to review and assess their procedures.
