Roe Summary

Manage ECOs and NPI activities using Agile PLM & BAAN for global manufacturing operations .

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end ECO managemen t(create, track, release)

* Support ** NPI / product changes **

- Maintain BOM, Part Numbers, AML in Agile & BAAN
- Release engineering & production documents
- Coordinate with Engineering & Materials teams
- Prepare reports, dashboards & metrics

* Drive ** root cause analysis & process improvements **

- Handle escalations & cross-functional coordination

Skills

- ECO / BOM / Part Number management

* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

* Valuable communication & coordination skills

* MS Office + basic ERP / RPA awareness

* Knowledge of quality & compliance standards
