Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX professional to lead and oversee the complete UI/UX function for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, excellent communication skills and experience managing external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive end-to-end UI/UX initiatives for the e-commerce platform.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other creative tools.
- Translate business and customer requirements into intuitive, engaging and conversion-focused experiences.
- Manage and coordinate with external UI/UX agencies and creative partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing and Business teams to execute design solutions.
- Establish and maintain UI/UX standards and design consistency across digital platforms.




- Stay updated on UI/UX, e-commerce and digital experience trends and continuously improve customer journeys.

Key Requirements

- 8 to 12 years of relevant UI/UX experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma and UI/UX design processes.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail or digital platforms preferred.
- Solid experience in agency/vendor management.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, wireframing and prototyping.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Preferred: Candidates based on or with convenient access to the Western Line, Mumbai.
