Job Description
- Partner directly with founders on fundraising, investor relations, and strategic initiatives.
- Own fundraising processes end-to-end, from investor outreach and financial modelling to negotiations and closure.
- Lead investor conversations independently, articulating business performance, market dynamics, and growth strategy.
- Drive execution on the company's highest-priority initiatives, ensuring critical projects move from strategy to delivery.
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and key business reviews for leadership stakeholders.
- Identify and solve cross-functional business challenges across growth, operations, and performance.
- Track key metrics, drive accountability, and ensure follow-through on strategic priorities.
- Act as an extension of the founders, bridging strategy, execution,



and stakeholder management.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- Has led or co-led a fundraising, preferably equity for initial rounds of funding, with direct ownership of outcomes.
- Demonstrates strong financial modelling, business analysis, and investor communication skills.
- Can confidently represent the business in discussions with investors, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a bias for action.
- Learns new industries quickly and develops deep domain expertise.
- Thrives in high-ownership, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
