A Proposal Writer in the IT industry is responsible for creating and writing proposals for US Government Project Proposal RFI & RFP.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to State, City & Federal Government RFI and RFP for IT Staffing, Training, SOW, Project Development.
- Research companies, non-profits, RFPs, and grants.
- Help create strategies along with internal technical experts that help with the proposal development.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience in writing proposals for the USA State, County, City & Federal Agencies.
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Solid research and analytical skills.
- Experience working with RFP Portals like Sam.Gov, BidPrime, GovWin, RFPMart, BidNet, etc.
- Experience in the IT industry proposal writing software, such as MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, or Adobe Photoshop.
