- Oversee and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure all assigned areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
- Clean and prepare guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic setting
- Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to provide personalized touches that enhance their overall experience




- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout your shift
- Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies promptly and efficiently while managing inventory levels
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate department immediately and document findings accurately
- Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation, and health protocols while performing your duties and ensure team compliance
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements with empathy and flexibility
- Assist with laundry duties as assigned, maintaining quality standards and proper handling procedures
- Protect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with discretion and respect at all times
- Utilize property management
