Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Branch or Cluster Manager to lead and manage high-performing teams in the Insurance sector-Direct Channel.

Locations- Kanpur

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive a team of sales professionals/advisors
- Achieve business targets through team productivity
- Build strong client relationships and ensure retention
- Recommend suitable life insurance and wealth solutions
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching

CTC:5 - 7.50 LPA (Negotiable) + Attractive Incentives

Candidate Requirements:

- 5-12 years in Insurance sales
- Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience or who are looking for team handling role
- Robust understanding of life insurance products
- Proven track record in target achievement
- Good leadership and communication skills
