Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee field operations to ensure timely completion of rural electrification projects.
- Coordinate with team members to plan, execute, and monitor electrical installations.
- Conduct site visits to inspect transformers, power distribution systems, and other equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of project execution.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in Field Supervisor role or similar position in Power Distribution industry.
- Solid knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with rural electrification projects or related infrastructure development initiatives.
