Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Locations: Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar & Mohali

CTC: 7 9 LPA

About the Role

Looking for dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to drive sales growth and expand market presence across Punjab. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG Grocery sales, distributor management, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and retail channels.
- Develop and expand the distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage retailer relationships and improve market penetration.
- Execute trade promotions, visibility initiatives, and market activation programs.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Lead territory planning, forecasting, and sales reviews.

Candidate Profile

- 4 to 8 years of experience in FMCG Grocery sales.
- Strong exposure to General Trade (GT) sales and distributor management.
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and retail ecosystem.




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience with reputed FMCG grocery brands or mid-sized FMCG companies preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
