Lead daily production activitie in the gear manufacturing section and achieve production, quality & delivery target
Handle CNC, VMC, Hobbing, Shaping, Honing and other gear manufacturing machine
Optimize machine utilizatio manpower OEE and cycle time

Required Candidate profile

Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance and Tool Room for smooth production
Prefered Candidate: Experience in Gear Manufacturing Industry
Monitor shift wise production MIS and take corrective action
