Role & responsibilities

- Achievement of Sales Targets through Direct Channel
- Sourcing of new customers
- Managing a team of executives
- Supervision and ensure disbursement as per business plan
- Customer support, Education of Loan products
- Cross sell to existing and current customers
- Regular business review with team and supervisors
- Ensure 100% process adherence

Preferred candidate profile

- Min 2 years experience in Direct Sales
- Experience in HL / LAP & Team Handling are mandatory
