About the Role

VM Modular Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Sr. Site Supervisor – Interiors to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure interior projects are executed with high standards of quality, accuracy, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor interior project execution at site from start to completion.
- Coordinate and manage carpenters, installers, contractors, and other site manpower.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, measurements, and specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site conditions before and during execution.
- Coordinate with Design, Project, Production, and Sales teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure project timelines are achieved.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards and finishing are maintained.
- Identify site issues, deviations, and execution challenges and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Manage material movement, availability, and proper utilization at the site.




- Maintain daily site updates, progress reports, measurements, and work status.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site.
- Handle client/site coordination professionally and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

- 4+ years of proven experience in Interior Site Supervision / Modular Interiors / Residential Interiors.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry, civil, electrical, and interior finishing works.
- Good understanding of interior drawings, measurements, materials, and site execution.
- Strong manpower and contractor coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve site-level execution issues.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality and timelines.
- Ability to handle multiple sites/projects when required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
