Sales Engineer – Roles & ResponsibilitiesWater & Wastewater Treatment | STP | ETP | MEE | ZLD

- Generate current business opportunities for STP, ETP, WTP, RO, MEE and ZLD projects.
- Identify prospective customers and develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client visits, project discussions, technical meetings, and requirement analysis.
- Coordinate with the technical and proposal teams for preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Present company capabilities, technologies, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Attend project meetings, negotiations, and techno-commercial discussions.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals for timely conversion.
- Handle commercial negotiations and successfully close orders/projects.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, enquiry status, pipeline details, and monthly forecasts.
- Coordinate internally with engineering,



procurement, projects, and accounts teams for smooth project handover.
- Develop new markets and strengthen the company's presence in the water and wastewater treatment sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems – STP, ETP, WTP, RO, MEE & ZLD.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial closing skills.
- Strong ability to achieve sales targets and business development goals.
- Ability to independently handle client meetings and project discussions.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and project meetings.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
