Designation: Senior Production Executive – Spray Dryer Operations

Location: Saykha, Bhaurch

Industry: Food Ingredients / Nutraceuticals Manufacturing

Experience: 3–5 years (Spray Dryer preferred)

Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology / Chemical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day production operations, with a focus on spray drying processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Manage production schedules, optimize efficiency, and minimize downtime.
- Lead and supervise production staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D;, Maintenance) for smooth operations.
- Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in Spray Dryer operations.
- Background in Food / Nutraceutical industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- B.Tech in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering.




- Candidates with solid spray dryer expertise can be trained in food/nutra applications.
- Candidates with excellent leadership and team management skills can be trained in spray dryer operations.
