Role: IT Business Analyst

Experience: 3–6 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst primarily focused on pre-sales activities, client requirements, solution understanding, and preparing proposals/estimations. The candidate should have broad exposure to different IT technologies and be comfortable working with technical teams to define feasible solutions and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear business/functional requirements and solution approaches.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement calls, discovery sessions, and pre-sales activities.
- Prepare proposals, scope documents, assumptions, deliverables, and tentative project estimations in coordination with technical teams.
- Have a entry-level understanding of IT technologies such as Mobile, Web, Backend/APIs, .NET, AI/ML, databases, cloud, etc.
- Coordinate with BAs/tech leads to evaluate technical feasibility, dependencies, resources, and estimated effort.
- Review and understand technical solutions without necessarily being a hands-on developer.
- Screen and prepare IT resources for client-facing interviews based on project requirements.
- Conduct internal technical/functional briefing and train resources for client discussions and interviews.
- Support BDMs and delivery teams with technical/functional inputs during the sales cycle.




- Prepare and maintain requirement notes, estimation sheets, project assumptions, and other pre-sales documentation like BRD / FRD / SRS, SoW, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria, etc.

Required Skills:

- Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and common IT technologies.
- Ability to understand technical requirements across multiple technology stacks.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria
- Experience with effort estimation, resource planning, and project scoping.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with BDMs, clients, developers, and project managers.
- Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
