As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

ResponsibilitiesGeneral Ledger & Month-End Close

- Maintain General Ledger and journal entries.
- Prepare month-end close schedules and variance analysis.
- Perform bank, credit card, and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Reconcile AP, AR, and inventory sub-ledgers.
- Support year-end audits and financial close activities.

Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Verify taxes and maintain accurate ledger postings.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor disputes.

Accounts Receivable
- Generate and manage customer invoices.
- Monitor AR aging and collections.
- Process chargebacks and returns.
- Reconcile Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Walmart, and eCommerce marketplace payouts.
- Support revenue recognition processes.





Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare AP, AR, cash flow, and management reports.
- Conduct budget versus actual analysis.
- Provide ad hoc financial insights to leadership.

Controls & Compliance
- Maintain accounting documentation and audit trails.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and SOPs.

Systems & Process Improvements
- Manage QuickBooks accounting records.
- Automate reports and reconciliation processes.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and reporting.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter, CPA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
- Experience with eCommerce accounting.
- Knowledge of U.S. sales tax, 1099, W-2, and W-9 processes.
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools.
