We are seeking an experienced Sr. Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive who can maintain financial accuracy, support reporting processes, and contribute to organizational growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & General Ledger

- Maintain general ledger accounts and journal entries.
- Complete month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment gateways.
- Maintain AP, AR, and inventory reconciliations.

Accounts Payable
- Process invoices and vendor payments.
- Verify tax-related entries.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Resolve billing discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable
- Create customer invoices and credit memos.
- Monitor aging reports and collections.
- Process refunds, returns, and chargebacks.
- Reconcile marketplace and payment platform transactions.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare cash flow reports, AP/AR reports, and financial summaries.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and support management reporting.

Compliance & Controls




- Maintain financial documentation and audit trails.
- Support external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

Process Improvement
- Utilize QuickBooks effectively.
- Improve reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Develop and maintain financial templates and dashboards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred
- CA Inter / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Walmart, or eCommerce accounting.
- Knowledge of U.S. accounting and tax documentation (1099, W-2, W-9).
