- Maintain and update records of verified documents in an organized manner.
- Communicate with internal departments to rectify any discrepancies in documents.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing the document verification outcomes and findings.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive and personal information in documents.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the document verification process efficiency.
- Provide training and support to new team members on document verification processes.
- Respond to document verification requests promptly, ensuring timely service delivery.
