Hiring: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Location: Ghitorni, Delhi

Experience 1 to 5 years in CRM

Responsibilities:*

Handle client communication and coordination

Maintain client records and payment tracking

Update Google Sheets, FMS & related trackers

Handle inbound/outbound client calls

Resolve client queries and ensure smooth service delivery

Coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills

Valuable client-handling and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Google Sheets & basic data management

Ability to multitask and manage clients efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
