Job title: Credit & Collection Executive - Account Receivable

Location: Old Mahabalipuram Road - Chennai

Salary: 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit & Collection Executive to manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, reduce overdue balances, and maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.

Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding invoices

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations

Prepare aging reports and collection status updates

Ensure timely escalation of critical overdue accounts

Support month-end closing activities related to receivables

Maintain accurate records of communication and collection activities

Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures

Fluent in Hindi (mandatory)

2-5 years of experience in Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable

Good understanding of invoicing, payment processes,



and reconciliation

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively

Skills: Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools

Valuable presentation and reporting skills

Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial

Experience using Salesforce is an advantage

Preferred Skills
