1. Operations & Team Management
- Supervising Staff: Leading and mentoring insurance agents, claim adjusters, and appraisers to meet sales targets or productivity goals.
- Policy Administration: Overseeing the processing, approval, or denial of insurance claims and ensuring proper documentation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring branch performance, managing commission payouts, and forecasting future revenue.

2. Corporate Risk & Coverage
- Risk Assessment: Analyzing statistical data (e.g., mortality, accident, or disability rates) to forecast risk and calculate optimal premium rates.
- Program Management: Designing and securing comprehensive insurance programs (such as property, liability, and political risk) to protect corporate assets.
- Broker & Carrier Relations: Collaborating directly with insurance brokers and underwriters to negotiate cost-effective policy terms and coverage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
