Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Current Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors (e.g., corporate offices, logistics/warehousing, retail, construction, and critical infrastructure).
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle, including cold outreach, lead generation, site surveys, risk assessments, proposal writing, and closing deals.
- Tailored Security Solutions: Consult with prospects to understand their specific vulnerability points and design bespoke security packages blending Manned Guarding, CCTV/Electronic Surveillance, Access Control, and Mobile Patrols.
- RFP & Tender Management: Lead the preparation of formal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and competitive corporate bids.
- Market Analysis & Networking: Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor landscape. Represent the company at security trade shows, local chamber of commerce events, and property management networks.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms,



service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models that maximize profitability while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Operations team to ensure a seamless transition and onboarding of new client accounts, ensuring operational feasibility matches sales promises.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the security services, integrated facility management, or commercial property services sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of manned guarding operations, electronic security systems, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience pitching to property managers, procurement heads, and C-level executives.
