Job Opening - Project Manager (Electrical / ELV / IBMS)

Location: Wagle estate, Thane, Mumbai
Work Days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Mode: On‑site only (No Work From Home)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (within 15-20 days)





Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects covering Electrical, ELV, and IBMS scope
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports
- Review project drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Monitor project costs and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials
- Supervise site engineers and subcontractors across project sites
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and client handovers
- Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Handle issue resolution, change management, and escalations
