Core Responsibilities
- Facility Administration: Supervises daily functioning of OPD (Outpatient), IPD (Inpatient), diagnostics, and emergency units to ensure smooth coordination.
- Staff Management: Directs manpower planning, scheduling, and training for multidisciplinary teams of doctors, nurses, and technicians.
- Quality & Compliance: Monitors operational KPIs (bed occupancy, patient turnaround times) while ensuring strict adherence to medical ethics and safety regulations.
- Resource Optimization: Handles budgeting, inventory tracking (medical supplies and equipment), and vendor coordination
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
