We are looking for someone who understands content, social media, education audiences, and community building — someone who can help us increase our reach among teachers, principals, and schools through engaging digital content and online marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design simple creatives,short reels, AI-generated videos, posters deliverables
- Write engaging captions, educational posts, and marketing content
- Manage teacher communities, WhatsApp broadcasts, and engagement
- Help grow the brand’s online visibility and educator reach
- Research education trends, school-related topics, and teacher interests

Required Skills:
- Positive English & Hindi communication
- Creative mindset with strong content ideas
- Ability to create AI-generated posters, creatives & videos




- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut and similar design/reel-making tools
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn & digital marketing trends
- Ability to help increase digital reach among teachers, principals & schools
- Can create educational/promotional content based on ideas and direction provided
- Ability to make reels, posters, presentations & social media content
- Organized, proactive & quick learner
