We're looking for a friendly and motivated ICT Support Officer to join our team and help deliver high-quality technology support across the organisation. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity (approximately 6-months) with the potential for extension, giving you valuable hands-on experience in a modern ICT environment.

About the role

You'll be the go-to person providing ICT support across the organisation, helping keep systems running smoothly and users supported.

Your day-to-day will include:
- _ Responding to ICT support requests and resolving technical issues_
- _ Providing friendly, skilled Service Desk support_
- _ Troubleshooting hardware, software and system issues_
- _ Supporting equipment setup, asset management and ICT projects_




- _ Creating and maintaining documentation and procedures_

About you

If you are customer-focused, tech-savvy and eager to learn, we want to hear from you

You will bring:
- _ Qualifications in ICT (or equivalent experience) and a current Class C Driver Licence _
- _Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people _
- _Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach _
- _A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies_
- Experience with the following systems is desirable:_
- Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services
