Talent & Performance Excellence
- Talent Management:Oversee the full lifecycle of talent planning, including performance management and succession planning to ensure leadership pipelines are robust.
- Talent Development:Identify critical training needs across all levels and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Total Rewards & Relations:Provide expert guidance on compensation planning and resolve complex employee relations cases with a focus on compliance and fair resolution.

Data-Driven Leadership
