Function: Manager - HVDC & FACTS services
Your roles and responsibilities:
1. Preparation of techno-commercial proposals for providing Services to customers with HVDC / FACTS / AC Switchyard systems
2. Co-ordinate and support customers in troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to HVDC & FACTS installations
3. Travel to project sites and interact with customers to develop long-term partnerships
4. Propose O&M; business models, acquire and execute for the HVDC and FACTS installed base. Ensure all business KPI's are met and drive customer delight
5. Prompt response to customer queries

Regular interactions with all internal stakeholders including Sales, HQ and other relevant Business Units
7. Driving initiatives to expand the service business and capture recent avenues
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.E / B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics with 8 to 12 years of experience
- Experience in HVDC/FACTS systems with know-how of Control and Protection, S/s communication systems and field equipment
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written) and can present to mid-level leadership
- Will require to travel PAN India (10-15% of the time) on account of discussions with customers
