Job Title: HR Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure 100% compliance with all local and national labor laws, including the Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
- Statutory Liaison: Handle inspections, maintain all mandatory statutory registers, and liaise with government officials/labor departments.
- Industrial Relations (IR): Manage worker grievances, maintain discipline on the shop floor, and foster a healthy relationship between the management and the workforce.
- End-to-End HR Operations: Oversee time office management, attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and shift scheduling for factory employees.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, hire, and onboard both skilled/unskilled contract workers and permanent staff to meet production demands.
- Performance & Training:



Implement performance management systems and coordinate safety and skill-development training for workers.

Job Details & Work Timings

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 4-5 years of HR experience specifically within a manufacturing plant or factory setup (required).
- Education: MBA in HR, Master in Labor Laws (MLL), MSW, or a related field.
- Legal Knowledge: Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of Labor Laws and statutory compliance frameworks.
- Skills: Robust conflict resolution skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle a large workforce under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
