Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. As a BDA, you will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, partnership building, and driving sales for our business consultancy services. You will play a key role in the growth of StartupFlora by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting them into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:



Identify potential clients in the startup and SME ecosystem, qualify leads, and initiate contact
- Client Acquisition: Pitch StartupFlora’s services and solutions, addressing client needs and building lasting relationships
- Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and propose suitable solutions to help them access grants, funding, and business support
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales efforts to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, funding schemes, and competitor services to adapt our offerings
- Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, business analysts, and leadership to develop proposals and close deals
