Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee and ensure compliance with international banking regulations in the US, Canada, and UAE
- Handle cross-border remittances, wire transfers, and foreign exchange transactions
- Liaise with international banks and financial institutions for smooth transaction processing
- Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
- Manage audits (internal and external) and ensure timely closure of audit observations
- Maintain strong internal controls and improve financial processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and budgeting

Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / CPA preferred)




- 8-10 years of international companies experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of global banking systems and compliance frameworks (US, Canada, UAE)
- Hands-on experience with international remittances and foreign exchange transactions
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, and banking compliance regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with multinational organizations
- Knowledge of international tax regulations
- Ability to manage multiple bank accounts across geographies
- Robust attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
