About The Opportunity:
Responsibilities
- Operational Support:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for CA Identity Manager and Governance, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to user provisioning, de provisioning, access certification, and password management.
- Monitor system health, identify potential problems,



and proactively take corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Automation and Scripting:
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks, such as user provisioning, password resets, and report generation.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Plan and execute regular maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and backups.
- Stay current with the latest CA Identity Manager releases, patches, and best practices.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices. o Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Managing privileged access
- About The Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting
- CA/Broadcom Identity Manager in a enterprise workplace.
