We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tire showroom. In this role, you will be the face of our business, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, and ensuring the showroom is immaculate and efficiently run.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for tires, wheels, and related automotive services (alignment, balancing, etc.).
- Consultative Selling: Greet customers, assess their driving needs, and recommend the right tire brands and specifications.
- Service Excellence: Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain a high Google/Yelp review rating for the location.

2. Operations & Showroom Management
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom floor, tire displays, and waiting areas are clean, organized, and compliant with brand standards.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, oversee incoming shipments, and conduct regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Bay Coordination:



Work closely with the service bay supervisor/mechanics to ensure accurate workflow and timely delivery of vehicles to customers.

3. Team Leadership
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule front-counter sales advisors and customer service reps.
- Performance Coaching: Conduct regular team meetings and coach staff on upselling techniques and product knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in retail management or service advising (experience in the automotive or tire industry is highly preferred).
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with major tire brands (e.g., Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear) and a solid understanding of tire sizing, speed ratings, and tread patterns.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
