Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Tender Identification & Analysis:
- Regularly monitor GeM and other e-tender portals to identify relevant tender opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Assess feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.
- Bid Preparation & Submission:
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bids in compliance with tender requirements.
- Ensure timely and error-free submission of tenders on GeM and other portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) for required documentation.
- Portal Management (GeM & E-Procurement):
- Handle end-to-end operations on the GeM portal including product listing, bid participation, and order management.
- Maintain updated company profile and catalog on GeM.
- Stay updated with changes in portal processes, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain a repository of tender documents, certificates, and credentials.
- Ensure all submissions meet legal, financial, and technical compliance standards.




- Track EMDs, tender fees, and performance guarantees.
- Follow-ups & Coordination:
- Liaise with government departments, clients, and authorities for clarifications and updates.
- Track tender status, results, and feedback.
- Coordinate post-award processes including order acceptance and execution support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in handling tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
- Solid understanding of government tendering processes and documentation.
- Ability to identify and evaluate relevant tenders efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
