Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned regions.
- Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Promote and sell Zurich products including Acrylic Laminates, PVC Laminates, Louvers, Edge Bands, and Decorative Panels.




- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular state-wise sales reports, competitor analysis, and market insights for management.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in laminates, plywood, building materials, hardware, acrylic products, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple territories.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
