SQL Developer

JD:

We are looking for a skilled SQL Developer responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining complex database queries and objects. The candidate will work closely with application developers, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, availability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance for large datasets
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective database solutions
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security
- Perform database troubleshooting and resolve performance issues
- Support application development teams with database-related changes
- Develop and maintain ETL processes (if applicable)
- Participate in database deployments and release management
- Document database designs, logic, and standards




- Work closely with QA teams to support data validation and testing

Required Technical Skills Database & SQL

- Strong expertise in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, indexing)
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS:
- Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL (any one or more)
- Proficiency in Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views
- Experience with query optimization and performance tuning

Tools & Technologies

- Experience with database tools such as:
- SQL Developer, SSMS, pgAdmin, TOAD
- Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, Talend preferred)
- Experience with version control (Git)
