Salary: MVR 25,000 30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and experienced Speech-Language Therapists (SLTs) to join our client’s healthcare team in Mal City, Maldives. The ideal candidate should have relevant academic qualifications, professional registration, and at least 2 years of experience in speech and language therapy.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs.
- Conduct speech and language assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide appropriate therapy techniques and monitor patient progress.
- Work closely with patients, families, doctors, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide guidance and education to patients and caregivers regarding therapy and home-based exercises.
- Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practices.




- Prepare progress reports and documentation as required.

Eligibility / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology and Speech Pathology.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Valid professional registration.
- Good English communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
