Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the spare parts department in a 2-wheeler showroom, ensuring timely availability of genuine spare parts, proper inventory control, and efficient support to the service and sales teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage spare parts stock and inventory.
- Check availability of spare parts and accessories.
- Order required parts from suppliers/company.
- Receive and check incoming spare parts.
- Issue spare parts to the service department.
- Maintain stock records and update the system.
- Conduct regular stock checking.
- Prepare spare parts quotations and invoices.
- Coordinate with the service and sales teams.
- Handle customer enquiries about spare parts.
- Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of the parts store.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving parts.
- Follow up on pending spare parts orders.
- Handle warranty-related parts as per company procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers can also apply for this post.
- Good knowledge of 2-wheeler spare parts and accessories.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and billing software/DMS.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Solid attention to detail and stock management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with workshop, sales, suppliers, and customers.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
