Responsibilities:

- Prepare South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Uttapam, Upma, Sambar, Rasam, Chutneys and other items.

- Handle preparation and cooking in bulk quantities for catering and events.

- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.

- Prepare batter, chutneys, sambar and other ingredients as required.

- Follow proper food hygiene and safety standards.

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and cooking equipment.

- Ensure timely preparation of food as per service requirements.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team during events and catering operations.

- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

✅ Requirements:

- Previous experience as a South Indian Cook preferred.

- Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.

- Experience in bulk food preparation/catering preferred.

- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

- Good teamwork and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Flexible to work during events and catering functions.

- Freshers with basic cooking knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
