Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP HCM architecture, solution design, and integrations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of solution architecture activities, provide technical leadership, manage solution risks, and collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver successful SAP HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall SAP HCM solution architecture, driving solution design activities and deliverables in collaboration with technical leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the SAP HCM solution across multiple projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with project leads to define and align solution architecture and integration requirements between SAP HCM and other applications/projects.
- Provide strong technical leadership for the SAP HCM technical stream.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage solution risks, technical issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure achievement of agreed solution deliverables, milestones, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with functional leads to understand business requirements and support the functional analysis required for solution design.
- Drive architecture discussions and provide recommendations on appropriate SAP HCM technical solutions.




- Support project planning, effort estimation, resource planning, and technical delivery activities.
- Ensure solutions follow appropriate SAP architecture, integration, security, and development standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with other systems.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to technical team members when required.

Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience.
- Strong experience in SAP HCM Solution Architecture and Integration.
- Proven experience in solution design and architecture for SAP HCM implementations/support projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM technical architecture and integration touchpoints.
- Experience working as a Technical Lead / Solution Architect / SAP HCM Architect.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-project coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and manage technical risks, issues, dependencies, and architectural challenges.
- Experience in effort estimation and technical planning.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with functional and technical teams in a large project environment.

Preferred Profile
- Experience handling complex SAP HCM transformation or integration programs.
- Experience coordinating with multiple project teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level SAP solution architecture.
- Ability to independently drive architecture decisions and technical deliverables.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
